Change in the Management of the Griesser Brand
The interim management ensures stability while the succession process is being pre-pared.
There has been a change in the management of the Griesser brand. Urs Neuhauser has stepped down from his role as CEO of the Griesser brand by mutual agreement, effective January 12, 2026.
The operational management of the Griesser brand will be assumed on an interim basis by Stefan Leitner. The interim CEO will be supported by the Chairman of the Board of Directors and representative of the owning family, Walter Strässle, ensuring continuity and stability in the company’s leadership.
Review and appreciation
Urs Neuhauser has worked for Griesser since the beginning of 2019 and has made a significant contribution to the further development of the brand during this time. Under his leadership, Griesser’s market position in Switzerland was strengthened and important momentum was generated in the areas of sustainability and digitalisation.
The Board of Directors of the Griesser Group expressly thanks Urs Neuhauser for his dedication and wishes him all the best and much success in his future professional and personal endeavors.
