Smart elegance with Griesser external venetian blinds Grinotex® Sinus, Modern house with open plan living area

Natural daylight, perfectly managed in the South of France
Close to Toulouse, this contemporary villa with clean lines stands out for its large bay windows, designed to create a strong connection with the outside. To manage the intense sunlight of the South of France without sacrificing brightness, the owners chose Grinotex® Sinus adjustable sunshades early on. Equipped with an integrated anti-intrusion system, they offer security while providing optimal light control.
Mélinda Borderie, interior designer and owner of the property, paid particular attention to the quality of light in her project:
"Even in summer, I can tilt the external venetian blinds to block the heat while letting in the light. This keeps the house bright, which is true comfort every day."
A harmonious blend of aesthetics, comfort, and safety
Installed in the main living areas, the external venetian blinds maintain a cool interior while allowing soft, controlled daylight to permeate the space
Motorised and connected, they can be controlled remotely for everyday convenience.
The choice of venetian blinds was also made for safety reasons, particularly in the bedroom on the ground floor:
"Thanks to the anti-intrusion system, we can sleep with the windows open, with complete peace of mind, which is very pleasant. ‘
Finally, the discreet, contemporary look of Grinotex® Sinus fits in perfectly with the architecture of the villa. It's a choice that Mélinda Borderie also recommends to her clients:
"Once you've tried external venetian blinds, you'll never go back."
