The leading Swiss sun protection company secured one of the coveted «Swiss HR Awards» for its innovative «Leadership Map» at the «HR FESTIVAL europe 2024» in Zurich.

The «Swiss HR Award» recognizes outstanding ideas, innovations, and sustainable successes for the HR world of tomorrow. A renowned jury, consisting of 20 HR specialists, nominated eight projects for the shortlist. Yesterday, during the «HR FESTIVAL europe 2024», one «Swiss HR Award» was awarded in each of the four categories - «Finding Talent», «Retaining Talent», «Out of the Box», and «Start-up» - through thrilling live pitches. The audience vote was decisive for the award. The project that received the most thunderous applause secured one of the coveted awards. Griesser received the loudest applause from the numerous and enthusiastic audience, thereby winning the award in the «Out of the Box» category, for which the leading sun protection company was nominated with its innovative «Leadership-Map».

«Leadership-Map» as a dynamic leadership tool
The traditional company with a 142-year history faced the complex task of establishing a uniform leadership culture among its heterogeneous leaders. These leaders come from various fields - from the strongly craft-oriented construction industry to industrial production and highly specialized technical and commercial departments in different European countries. To provide access to leadership principles and competencies, Griesser created the «Leadership Map». Sybille Tebaldi, Head of Personnel and Organizational Development at Griesser and project initiator at the core of the map, said: «The map depicts leadership as something dynamic, serves as a compass for orientation in everyday leadership, inspires our leaders in their daily work, and encourages reflection».
